I am now going to have to accept a loss for the hours worked. However, I feel that, due to the lag or slowing of the timer when I was jumping between various programs, the time was inaccurately recorded and I felt that I lost quite a bit of xntimed.exe time I took working on this project that I could have otherwise billed my customer and been paid for the hours full hours completed.
